You can access and download your donation receipts directly from the platform
To locate your donation receipt:
- From the Home Page, select “My Impact” from the left navigation menu
- Scroll down to the “My Transactions” section
- Search for your transaction by charity name or browse through the transaction pages
- Once you locate the transaction, select the download icon under the “Receipt” column
- A copy of your tax receipt will automatically populate for download
Please note:
- Receipts are generated for account funding transactions and direct donations
- You may access historical receipts through the My Transactions section at any time
- Transaction history may include donations, funding activity, and other account activity
- You will be emailed a consolidated end of year receipt in the new year for the year prior
