You can easily view your past donations, track your impact, and access receipts directly from your account.
To view your donation history:
- From the home screen, navigate to the left-hand menu
- Select My Impact
- Scroll down to the My Donations section
What can I see on the My Impact page?
On this page, you’ll find an overview of your giving, including:
- Total Impact (Year-to-Date)
- Top Charities you’ve supported
Donation Details
In the My Donations section, you can view:
- Date of the donation
- Account the donation was made from
- Charity the donation was sent to
- Amount donated
- Status of the donation
- For paper checks, the transaction will stay in an “In Progress” status until the check has been cashed
- Option to download a copy of your receipt
Additional Information
- Donation statuses may reflect where the donation is in the processing timeline
- Receipts are available for download directly from the My Donations section
- Receipts are available on account fundings and direct donations
- Givinga Foundation will provide end of year receipts with all account activity
