Once a donation has been made, you can check the status of your donation by navigating to the “My Impact” page and viewing your transactions
To check your donation status:
- From the Home Page, select “My Impact” from the left navigation menu
- Scroll down to the “My Transactions” section
- View all transactions associated with your account
For each transaction, you can view:
- Donation date
- Donation method
- Charity name
- Donation amount
- Receipt download option
- Donation status
What are the different donation statuses?
There are two possible donation statuses:
In Progress
“In Progress” means the donation has been made by the Givinga Foundation and payment has been sent to the charity
Please note:
- Donations sent by paper check will remain in “In Progress” status until the charity deposits or cashes the check
- Processing times may vary depending on the charity and payment method
Completed
“Completed” means the payment has cleared and the charity has successfully deposited the funds
