You can update your password at any time from your account Settings or reset your password on the login page.
Step 1: Open Your Account Menu
From any page on the platform, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen; that's where your name and account info are. Click your name and a menu will expand with these options: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Get Help, Settings, and Sign out.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Click Settings. This takes you to your profile page, where you can update your name, address, profile image, email address, and password.
Step 3: Click "Change Password"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. You'll see two cards side by side:
- Email: shows your current email address with a "Change Email" button
- Password: shows your current password as masked dots with a "Change Password" button
Click Change Password.
Step 4: Enter Your New Password
A box will appear with two fields: Enter New Password and Re-Enter New Password. As you type, a strength indicator will appear below showing exactly what your password needs to meet:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
The strength bars fill in as you hit each requirement. Both fields must match, and all three requirements must be met before you can submit.
Step 5: Submit
Once both fields match and all requirements are met, the Change Password button becomes active. Click it. The box closes, and your password updates immediately.
A few things worth knowing:
The eye icon on either field lets you toggle visibility if you want to double-check what you've typed. If the two fields don't match exactly, the button stays grayed out. And if you've forgotten your current password and can't get in, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. It will send a reset link to your email.
